Courtney Stace

Courtney is our Senior Myotherapist who joined the Performance Medicine team in 2016 having studied Myotherapy at RMIT University and Clinical Pilates at the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI).
Courtney has extensive experience providing myotherapy, remedial massage, and clinical pilates to The Australian Ballet, The Australian College of Basketball and the National Institute of Circus Arts and has recently returned from working in Brussels, Belgium providing clinical support to the artists and athletes of Cirque du Soleil.

Not solely confined to the athletic and performance world, Courtney is passionate about personalising each treatment, tailoring every appointment to individual needs and goals with a variety of techniques including soft tissue work, myofascial cupping, dry needling, manual lymphatic drainage, neurodynamics, and clinical exercise prescription & pilates.

Her personal experience with injury as a dancer, gymnast, acrobat, cheerleader, instrumentalist, and vocalist has allowed Courtney to specialise her skills to benefit the performance industry.
